As a part of the founding team of Vantage Partners in 2001, Christine rejoined the firm in 2013 to accelerate several strategic searches for clients. Christine has a proven track record of completing hundreds of key executive level searches in Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Sales for venture funded and public companies in a variety of market segments. Christine has also led her own full-cycle search practice (Austin Search Partners and SF Search) where she built a successful track record partnering with startup, scale-up venture-funded and private equity-backed companies to achieve their growth goals with a search process that results in exceptional hires for the long term. Additionally, Christine has served in Head of Recruiting/HR and Chief of Staff roles in several venture-funded startups .

In addition to her executive search and recruiting expertise, Christine has broad experience as a product manager, marketing and business development professional in pre-IPO and public software companies. Christine’s well-rounded professional background enables her to quickly grasp a client’s organizational challenges in order to provide valuable guidance to steer the recruiting and hiring process. High integrity, professionalism and strong business and market acumen are among Christine’s top strengths.

Christine is currently based in Austin, TX, has an MBA and J.D. from Santa Clara University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from UC Irvine, and is also a licensed, but not currently practicing attorney in California. During the pandemic, she earned a Data Science Certificate from UC Irvine, and spends her free time brushing up on her French language skills.
